First Sailing Trip – Day 2.5 – The Bag Pipes

Yes, some other boat anchored in this harbor has a guy who plays the Bag Pipes. And he played them all of a sudden about dinner time. We were playing the radio (ipod actually) and suddenly heard the bag pipes from afar. We turned off the radio to listen and it was really cool. The guy played a full song, then there was clapping and woohoo’s and fog horns. Then another song, and more fog horns. It was one of the coolest things I’ve heard in a while.
