Update from the sea…

I’m being updated on the progress as it happens so I’ll be posting updates..

The first day of cruising was short, departing Everett and docking at Coupeville. They made 8 knots on wind for a stretch and so far the boat is handing great.

Sleipnir is now at Sucia after making 43 miles today from Coupeville. Crew is doing well but having trouble lighting the pilot light on the Oven. No cookies tonight. The BarBQ is no longer a virgin.

I’m told the Tachometer has stopped working.. I guess that will be a project to tackle once we are on board next week.
